Practice Manager

EyeQ Optometrists are searching for a talented, people focused Practice Manager to lead our Bathurst practice in a full-time position.

The successful candidate will have retail and management experience and while previous experience in the optical industry is preferred it is not essential as training will be provided.

As Practice Manager at our Bathurst practice, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team of Retail and Clinical Professionals.

This position is offered as permanent full time. The rostered days will be across Monday to Friday and may include Saturdays in the future.

About You

Patient focused with a willingness to live by our ethos of “experts in eyecare”

Optical experience desirable but not essential

Retail management experience

Great communication skills and detail orientated

Ability to lead, coach and engage a team to achieve goals

The EyeQ Bathurst practice has been serving the community for 14 years and the dedicated team have recently welcomed a second optometrist, Dana Farrow who joins Sonia Bostjancic as the practice expands to offer more services.
