Welcome to Tony Ireland EyeQ Optometrists Ulladulla
Tony has special interest in children’s vision, and managing diseases of the eye like cataract, glaucoma and macular degeneration. Tony is also interested in contact lenses, and we keep a large supply of contact lenses in stock. We are a bulk billing practice and are also equipped for Digital Retinal Imaging, Visual Field Testing and Ocular Coherence Tomography which is critical technology for tracking glaucoma. We also fit Orthokeratology contact lenses, which give clear daytime vision without the need for glasses or contact lenses.
Professionally gaining a Masters of Optometry in 2008, Tony loves building a relationship with his patients and is always thinking of long term management of vision through life. Tony has 3 young children, and is also heavily involved in ocean surf ski paddling, and with Mollymook Surf Club as a coach and competitor.
Alinta has spent the last three years enjoying the many delights of the NSW South Coast. She is an avid beach goer, hiker, traveller, and future surfer. She enjoys the opportunity to help people every day through her work. She particularly enjoys managing ocular diseases, and fitting contact lenses.
Elizabeth graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor of Science (Distinction) and Master of Clinical Optometry degree in 2018. At university, Elizabeth completed an internship with Omni Eye Services in New York, USA, working with ophthalmologists to manage eye disease. She also conducted research into the application of virtual reality technology in detecting optic nerve disease, and is looking to publish the results.
