Train to become an Optical Dispenser while you work and earn.

We provide full support and training and after completing the Dispensing Qualification, usually within 12 months, you will be well rewarded in your new role.

Our team consists of Optometrists, Optical Dispensers and Optical Assistants all working together. Opportunities for our Trainees include becoming Optical Dispensers and Practice Managers.

What’s in it for you:

  • As a Retail Assistant/Trainee Optical Dispenser, you support the Practice Manager and Optometrist with appointment book management and assisting patients with their frame selections.
  • We provide full support and training through the industry recognised course to become an Optical Dispenser, a Certificate IV qualification.
