About Us

Established in May 1997, EyeQ Optometrists is an independently owned group of optometry practices in Perth, Western Australia. We are based in the Karrinyup Shopping Centre (upstairs outside Myers) and in Westfield Whitford City (near Target).

The owners, Adrian and Clare Rossiter, are professionals in their fields with a combined total of 40 years of experience.

EyeQ Optometrists is equipped with modern, up-to-date equipment that ensures a thorough and professional eye examination. This includes a vision field tester that is very useful for the detection of eye diseases such as glaucoma.

There is an on-site laboratory within our group of practices. This allows for the fast, efficient delivery of spectacles. It also allows us to monitor the fitting of spectacles and ensure that a high standard of craftsmanship is maintained.

EyeQ Optometrists boast one of the largest ranges of designer frames, including frames imported directly from Europe. We also have an extensive range of health fund frames. One of the most consistent comments from customers is "What an incredible range of frames on display. It's hard to choose between them."

Eye examinations, with the exception of contact lens fittings and aftercare, are bulk billed to Medicare. Contact lens fitting fees will depend on the length of the examination and the degree of correction required. Some patients are eligible for Medicare rebates. Please contact any practice if you would like further information on these costs.

Adrian

Adrian, has worked extensively throughout Australia and the United Kingdom. He also spent several years in Switzerland as Director of Professional Services for Ciba Vision, a major international contact lens supplier. Consequently, he has a special interest in contact lenses and their technological development. Adrian is currently a member of the British College of Optometry, the Optometrists Association of Australia, the Australian Contact Lens Society and the Australasian College of Behavioural Optometrists.

Adrian has a special interest in Childrens Vision, and Behavioural Optometry, including vision training for children and adults.

Philosophy

EyeQ specialises in high fashion frames, including unique difficult to find frame ranges. EyeQ prides itself on caring, full scope optometry, providing all vision and eye care needs.
